Data we collect
When you submit a POS or Online Shop pre-check, we store the company, contact, product and turnover information you enter, together with the time of submission. We do not collect card data or bank credentials through this website.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to assess your request, to select a suitable payment provider and to forward your details to that provider so it can contact you and start onboarding. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
Recipients
Your data is shared only with the payment provider selected for your business and with the hosting and database providers we use to operate this website. All of them are bound by data processing agreements.
Retention and your rights
We keep pre-check data for as long as required to process your request and to meet legal retention periods. You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to object and to data portability. Contact us via the details in the Legal Notice.
